Arrival & Stay

• Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes in the holiday home are strictly prohibited.
• It is not permitted to stay in the house with more than the stated number of people.
• You can check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Upon arrival you will find the key to the holiday home and the pass to open the barrier at the entrance to the park in the key cupboard.
• If you lose the key and/or card, we will charge €50.
• In the event of loss of the key and/or pass, we request that you contact us immediately.
• Pets are not allowed so we can guarantee an allergy-free environment.
• Please be considerate of the neighbors and avoid loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Keep windows and doors closed in rain and wind
• Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
• Do not use candles or open fire in the holiday home. Use the LED candles that are present in the holiday home.
• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house to avoid unnecessarily high energy consumption.

Departure

• Check out before 10:00 am.
• If you check out later than 10:00 AM, we are forced to charge additional costs.
• Please put the key and barrier back in the key box before departure.
• Please remove the bedding before your departure, except for the protective covers.
• Please leave the holiday home in the same tidy condition as on arrival. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in additional costs.
• Separate waste according to the instructions and place it in the appropriate containers at the entrance to the park.
• Please wash dirty dishes before departure and place them back in the cupboards.
• Please turn off all equipment in the living room and turn off all lights upon departure.
